A Closer Look: The Maxi Brake Test Board
Let’s take the Maxi Brake Test Board as an example. The process starts with a layer of adhesive applied to the board. From there, our Yamaha S10 service mounter machine takes over, placing each component with speed and precision. It’s a careful balance of automated accuracy and human oversight that ensures consistency across every build.
After that, the board goes into an industrial oven, where heat cures the adhesive and locks everything in place. Once it’s cooled, our team steps in to complete final checks and assembling. Every board is finished by hand, making sure it meets the standard we’re known for.
From start to finish, the entire process is handled in-house and that makes all the difference.
